This important role is responsible for growing our online food and beveage brands for the new delivery business.
- Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trend and competitors‘ movements... to identify brand opportunities and issues and understand unmet needs for brand planning.
- Lead & execute brand planning and execution, strong management for both ATL and BTL activities to ensure excellent execution.
- Get closed to customers/consumers via frequent market visits.
- Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build the brand.
- Lead cross functions (R&D, supply chain, operations, internal marketing) to run NPD process: new product concept development and testing, packaging design & testing, sales forecasting, new product launching... to ensure the success of the launch.
- Management off marketing budgets within agreed targets.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-years of experience at the same position, within Foods industry is a big plus.
- Strong at brand management, consumer understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, ownership in dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills both written and oral in English, good communication in VN is a plus
