DESCRIPTIONS
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue for the restaurants
- Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to enhance the brand image, brand awareness, brand trust and customer loyalty
- Manage and monitor social media platforms and online presence of the restaurants
- Collaborate with the culinary team and operations team to create and implement marketing plans
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the F&B industry, as well as ideas for seasonal menu offering.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and feedback to the culinary & operations team.
- Manage the marketing budget, tracking campaign & ad performance and report on ROI.
- Work with internal and external marketing agency to execute marketing campaigns.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaignsExperience in social media marketing & influencer marketing
- Experience in copywriting for both printed and online marketing material
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
