DESCRIPTIONS

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue for the restaurants
  • Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to enhance the brand image, brand awareness, brand trust and customer loyalty
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms and online presence of the restaurants
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and operations team to create and implement marketing plans
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the F&B industry, as well as ideas for seasonal menu offering.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and feedback to the culinary & operations team.
  • Manage the marketing budget, tracking campaign & ad performance and report on ROI.
  • Work with internal and external marketing agency to execute marketing campaigns.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaignsExperience in social media marketing & influencer marketing
  • Experience in copywriting for both printed and online marketing material
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
