Job Description

Responsibility

  • Take all R&D tasks for Western concepts in term of material, decoration, style, taste, market trend, testing new products…
  • Set up library of menu which is routinely rotated and updated
  • Prepare and present menu in front of Business Development committee for approval
  • Proactive in taking trip to update market trend and apply to the Company
  • Play role as a project manager for R&D projects to manager human resource, timeline and final results
  • Training staff to comply standards/process of menu

Qualifications

Ever working in some Asia countries outside Singapore is preferable.

Expert is a mission-focused, results oriented, KPI driven, a self-starter/ proactive, and leading a team including Chef, other expert, R&D staff…

5+ years in relevant roles in Western F&B sector or high-end hotel.

Familiar with working in other countries and with communication with local staff
