MISSIONS

• Manage & monitor Finance & Accounting operation, complying with regulations & policies.
• Manage budget, cash flow to ensure production and business efficiency of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and expense plans, budget plans according to the Company's development goals and strategies;
• Structure financial operations, make financial plans to ensure revenue plans, operational efficiency, and cost optimization according to the Company's goals and strategies;
• Analyze and evaluate financial performance, operational efficiency to propose financial options;
• Research and evaluate financial market information to manage the Company's business activities, make forecasts, and advise the Board of Directors on financial fields;
• Involve in the development strategy in the short, medium and long term;
• Monitor the compliance during finance – accounting SOPs implementation;
• Be responsible for the periodic, unexpected reports to Board of Director & Group;
• Build-up & innovate SOPs, KPI related to Financial Operations;
• Manage effectively people of Finance – Accounting Department;

REQUIREMENT

Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience on the same role at restaurants/ food & beverage/ retails chains.

Education & Knowledge

• Bachelor/ Master of Finance, Accounting or related fields;
• Certifications of international finance, such as CFA/ ACCA/ et.;
• Good knowledge, regulations & code of Finance & Accounting fields
