RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marcom & Digital Manager is in charge of developing and looking for opportunities to advertise information about Marketing programs and official corporate information of the Company to media channels including press, radio, images, social networks, etc. through various types of press publications, articles,...to ensure the message is consistent with the company‘s strategy and goals of each Marketing program;
  • Marcom & Digital Manager is also responsible for supporting internal communication and taking the overall implementation of Marketing of the company. Manages team members of Hotpot, BBQ, Japan concepts, etc, and optimizes the efficiency and cost of implementing the programs;
  • Coordinate with HOD and Brand Managers to build brand communication in the short-term and long-term. Coordinate with team MKT to grow ideas & set up detailed communication plans (mainly nationwide media campaigns);  
  • Control and use the communication budget sufficiently for every program assigned. Supervise and instruct staff to implement approved media plans and ensure that the plans are implemented according to the approved goals, subjects, progress and costs;
  • Manage and monitor the agency as well as the operating team to ensure communication programs’ achievement. Follow, evaluate and report before, during, and after every media plan;
  • Periodically summarize, analyze and evaluate communication programs, ensure the achievement of the objectives of the Marketing strategy;
  • Responsible for monitoring, supervise communications for more than 16 brands, and analyzing the communication programs of direct competitors with brands in charge to make appropriate recommendations to maintain and develop brands;
  • Update and apply the new digital marketing trends. Make recommendations to improve communication efficiency for brands; 
  • Coordinate with HOD and Brand Managers to solve social media crisis;
  • Developing media journalism relationships (reporter, agency media, etc). Train and coach employees: knowledge, skills, experiences, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University / College degree in Marketing, PR, Social Media, Business Administration or equivalent;
  • About 08 years of experience or more in the Marketing field, especially at least 02 years in Marcom Manager or Digital Marketing Manager positions;
  • Preferred candidates with experience in F&B, Retails, FMCG, etc. Working at the agency side (account/digital/social media) is preferable;
  • Work hard and have a passion for learning and growing;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication, presentation and persuasion skills;
  • Good in MS Office and Design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc);
  • Good English communication skills. Good one of Chinese, Korean, Japanese communication skills is advantageous.
