1. Performance Management Process:
- Assist Head of Department in implementing the Performance Management procedure.
- Coordinate, follow up the process of KPI setting, review of business units as per scheduled timeline.
- Review KPIs to ensure rationality, consistency with roles & responsibilities and compliance woth internal guidelines.
- Assist in maitaining Performance Management procedures & regulations, maintain required documentation.
2. Online Performance Management System (PMS)
- Administer the PMS, ensure smooth operation.
- Coordinate request relating to PMS.
- Collect user feedback & raise improvement to IT for timely issue handling.
3. Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Collect, track and analyse data for PMS report.
- Manage performance results.
4. Undertake other tasks by assigned.
- Bacherlor degree in HR/Business Administration or related major.
- At least 4 years experience in HR, 2 years in similar position (PMS)
- Critical thinking & analytical skills.
- Strong communication.
- Strong attention to detail & follow-up skill.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
