Position Overview
The Project Manager (Marketing Operations) will be responsible for driving efficiency, standardization, and transformation across marketing operations. This role focuses on project management, workflow optimization, budget control, and AI adoption to ensure marketing execution is data-driven, cost-efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Change Management
- Lead marketing process optimization, workflow automation, and AI adoption to enhance team productivity.
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives.
- Oversee change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and team adaptability.
- Budget Management & Marketing Spend Optimization
- Develop and implement budget tracking frameworks to optimize marketing expenses.
- Ensure cost efficiency in vendor sourcing, bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Identify opportunities to maximize ROI on marketing and sales performance investments.
- Process Standardization & Knowledge Management
- Establish and maintain marketing and brand standards & guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Build and manage a centralized knowledge hub for marketing best practices, case studies, and SOPs.
- Streamline and centralize brand and marketing reporting for HOD, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Performance Monitoring & Data Analytics
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes by tracking key marketing and sales performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to analyze marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in marketing execution.
- Vendor Sourcing & Management
- Lead vendor selection, evaluation, and management to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee bidding processes to ensure transparency and value-driven supplier partnerships.
- Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with business needs and financial goals.

✅ Project Management & Process Optimization – Experience in managing large-scale marketing projects, workflows, and AI adoption. ✅ Budget & Expense Management – Proven ability to optimize budgets and control marketing spend. ✅ Marketing & Sales Performance Analytics – Strong analytical skills to track marketing ROI and efficiency. ✅ Detail-Oriented & Data-Driven – Expertise in performance tracking, dashboard creation, and data interpretation. ✅ People & Change Management – Experience leading change initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. ✅ Vendor & Procurement Management – Skilled in sourcing, bidding, and negotiating with external partners. ✅ Knowledge Management & Standardization – Ability to build structured guidelines, best practices, and centralized knowledge hubs.
🔹 5+ years experience in project management, marketing operations, or business transformation. 🔹 Proficiency in marketing analytics, budget control, and workflow automation tools. 🔹 Background in F&B, retail, or consumer goods is preferred. 🔹 Strong familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and process optimization platforms.
