JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct Online Research Survey
- Execute quarterly and ad-hoc online research initiatives, such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys, across various categories including BBQ, hotpot, Asian cuisine, Western cuisine, and more.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of collected data to inform business decisions.
Customer Effort Score (CES) Analysis
- Perform targeted CES research to evaluate customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
Trend and Competitor Monitoring
- Continuously gather and update insights on emerging Food & Beverage (F&B) trends.
- Monitor competitor stores and activities to provide actionable intelligence and maintain a competitive edge.
Social Listening
- Collect and analyze the Voice of the Customer (VoC) (Social listening).
Compile and report findings to enhance customer-centric strategies and decision-making.
REQUIREMENT
- Market Research Expertise: In-depth knowledge of market and audience research techniques, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in market research.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Advanced quantitative analytical abilities, particularly in creatively leveraging existing data sources.
- Research Project Experience: Hands-on experience in conducting both quantitative (mainly) and qualitative research projects, including designing questionnaires, creating table specifications, and managing end-to-end project execution.
- Adaptability: Proven flexibility to work effectively in diverse situations, collaborate with various individuals or groups, and adapt to organizational or job requirement changes.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using tools and applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, online research tools (e.g., Survey Monkey, review crawling tools), and trending platforms like Threads…
- Basic English skills: Adequate English communication skills, both written and verbal.
