Crystal Jade Kitchen, under the brand of Crystal Jade Kitchen (Hong Kong), is currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Chinese restaurant in Hanoi, Vietnam. The ideal candidate preferably has a Chinese ethnicity, is passionate about Chinese/Cantonese cuisine, and is fluent in Chinese. This is a professional requirement in order to maintain the authenticity of our restaurant under the brand of Crystal Jade Kitchen, Hong Kong.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly. You will oversee staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. You will also develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and ensure that all food and beverages served meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills will be essential in resolving customer complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the Chinese cuisine industry
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor control, and financial reporting
• A passion for food and an unwavering commitment to quality
• Fluent in Chinese and knowledgeable in Chinese cuisine
