- Job Description:
- Market research (70%)
- Proactive in looking for opportunities to expand the company’s business and improve profit, including studying the trends of market and developing plans based on the current market scenario as Competitor Analysis in restaurant business, Market Entry strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Planning.
- Full understanding on business transaction as franchising, joint-venture,…
- Setting model to identify Business Risk (20%)
- Setting model or methodology to identify Business Risk at strategic level and make rountine reports.
- Building business model and financial model (10%)
- Preparing the feasibility study report for new concepts and new business sectors to confirm any opportunities.
- Building business model and financial model for new concepts or new business sectors.
- Act as Project Management for new concepts/business sectors until launching.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking. Master is preferable.
- At least 7 years working in market research areas.
- Experience in business development in F&B or good knowledge about the market scenario is key strength.
- Excellent anaalytic and logical thinking.
- Advanced in MS Office. Owned theory and model is another strength.
- Good at team working and leadership.
- Good at English and communication skills.
- Keen observation skills in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company and develop plans accordingly.
- Creativity and innovative thinking in order to develop new business plans.
- Excellent decision making.
