Responsibility 

  • Be responsible for Sourcing, attracting, and recruiting talents.  
  • Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes  
  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, and provide an efficient report  
  • Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates 
  • Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges, suggest new ideas to improve talent acquisition activities   
  • Manage onboarding process, contribute to improving employee experience  
  • Support the departments as needed 

Quallification 

  • University graduated: Business Administration, Marketing, English, etc 
  • 5 year experience in Talent Acquisition, prefer candidate with background in Headhunting or IT industry 
  • Good command in English
