I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for ensuring that the products and services that fall under their brand resonate with current and potential customers;
- Be able to draw on the consumer research and monitor market trend. Therefore, having a grasp of the target market and also potential target markets is the key;
- Play a pivotal role within senior management teams when providing feedback, analysis and planning on key brand activities;
- Coordinate internal resources (Marketing shared service: ABM, Marcom, Digital, Production, Design, CRM) and external agencies to make sure they’re respecting the brand purpose and guidelines throughout every executions and communication;
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands;
- Be in contact with other departments such as finance control, product development, operations and concept owners to ensure a strategic overview of the business and future market opportunities;
- Have creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas for strategic plans, branding activity proposals and accountable for budget management;
- Assist Marketing Manager in other tasks upon assignment.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Have bachelor degree in Marketing, PR, ... or relevant majors;
- Have at least 05 years in Marketing field and 02 years at the Brand Manager position;
- Experience of working with brands and in some instance of F&B /FMCG / chained operations marketing;
- Knowledge about marketing mix, media channels, PR and social marketing;
- Have research and analysis skill: understand of consumer needs and behaviors, strong analytical ability;
- Interpersonal skill: strong communication and work cross-functional, be a team player and respected leader;
- Have time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time;
- Management and coordination skill: strong attention to detail, think big, deliver strategic solutions and budget management;
- Have knowledge of MS Office and good presentation skill;
- Fluent English written and verbal communication is an advantage.
