DESCRIPTION

• Participate in the PMO department to control the overall design of the deployed business of digital products
• Lead the analysis and documentation of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop business cases for digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive the design and implementation of digital product features list to enhance customer experience, operational & administration efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership in the selection and implementation of software applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in, support, and successful adoption of digital solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field;
• ​Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience including at least 2-3 years participating in digital transformation projects
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects from inception to implementation, delivering measurable business results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with agile methodologies, process reengineering, and change management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) and/or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
