JOB DESCRIPTION

Since 2005, Golden Gate Restaurant Group has been a leading F&B system in Vietnam with over 22 brands and nearly 500 restaurants across the country. The company vision is to provide highest quality products to customers and convenient foods to domestic / international markets. Therefore, Golden Gate Foods Factory has been built recently to offer tasty products to the world.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food R&D Specialist located in Thach That - Quoc Oai Industrial Zone, Thach That, Hanoi. The Food R&D Specialist will be responsible for developing new food products, conducting sensory evaluation, setting product specifications, creating and improving food production processes, overseeing laboratory testing, and communicating findings and recommendations with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Research and Development (R&D) and Analytical skills
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in written form
• Proficiency in research and laboratory skills
• Experience in food industry, especially RTE (ready to eat - hàng ăn liền) / RTC (ready to cook - hàng sơ chế) products, frozen (đông lạnh) and shelf-stable products (bảo quản)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field
• Additional qualifications such as food safety certifications and experience in regulatory agencies are a plus
• A candidate should also have a passion for food and innovation, be a team player, and adapt well to changing situations.
